To book a property, start by browsing the accommodation options on the website. Once you've found the accommodation that suits you, select the dates of your stay and click ‘Book Now’. Follow the instructions to complete your booking, including payment and confirmation of details.

Yes, at Macaronesia Holidays we offer additional services such as car hire, airport transfers and the organisation of tourist activities. You can add these services,   contact us for more information.

If you encounter any problems during your stay, please contact our customer service team directly. We are available to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our platform.

Generally the standard check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00. We recommend that you confirm these times with us prior to your arrival.

On some occasions we may be able to grant late check-out or early check-in, subject to availability.

If you need to change the dates of your stay, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but this will depend on the availability of the property and the owner's policies.

Each property has different services and amenities. Generally, bookings include accommodation, use of basic facilities and services such as Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Yes, many of our properties are available for long term rentals. If you are interested in an extended stay, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options and special rates.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation, but cancellation policies vary by property and rate selected. Some reservations are refundable up to a certain date, while others may have cancellation charges. We recommend that you read the specific cancellation policies of each property before booking.

Almost all of our properties are pet-friendly, check the details of each accommodation to confirm that you can access with your pet. Please note that in some properties you will have to pay a supplement.
